The Murtagh Team is dedicated to giving back to the communities we serve by contributing to various philanthropic organizations every year. Scottie's Gift
In May of 2017, while undergoing cancer treatment, 17-year old Scottie wrote a letter hoping to secure donations for a basket of goodies that would delight, entertain and provide a much-needed escape for kids going through treatment. His goodie bag blueprint and desire to bring love, joy and comfort to pediatric cancer patients inspired Scottie's Gift Foundation.
With the support of our amazing donors, family and friends, we are fulfilling Scottie's wish to provide newly diagnosed pediatric cancer patients and their families with personalized gift baskets lovingly filled with a tablet, age-appropriate games and gifts and/or gift cards.
Currently, Scottie's Gift Foundation is working with UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland, where Scottie received his treatment. As our network of supporters grows, our goal is to expand to other Bay Area hospitals. Help us share the love!
